Queens to benefit SOS Children’s Villages. SOS creates stable, loving families worldwide for orphaned and abandoned children. Nearly 100 guests came in support of the organization that provides “mothers” to roughly 80,000 children in more than 136 countries across the globe for the last 60 years. These moms offer guidance to each child until they become an independent adult. Some of the event’s highlights included a Best Costume Contest, tango performances, live auction as well as musical entertainment. The SOS event also offered an exhibitors corner where guests were able to interact with business entrepreneurs who exhibited their products and services. With the help of Agewell New York, NAPW Forest Hills Chapter was able to raise $2000 for the Charity.
